PARTICIPATION OF
NATIONAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF UKRAINE “KYIV POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE” IN
THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME
THANKS TO THE COLLABORATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY (SPAIN)
In 2015 the European Union started a new initiative within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. This new initiative consists of Erasmus+ grants for students to participate in an exchange between a university from a country member of the Erasmus+ programme and a university from an EU partner country. Ukraine is among the partner countries of the EU.
The University of the Basque Country is a university located in the North of Spain taking part in the Erasmus+ program. National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” was recently contacted by the University of the Basque Country regarding the Erasmus+ program.
Thanks to the collaboration agreed by both universities, up to 2 bachelor students and up to 1 of master students fromNational Technical University Of Ukraine “KPI” will be able to do an exchange during the 1st semester /fall semester of the 2016-2017 academic year at the FACULTY OF ENGINEERING of the University of the Basque Country in the city of Bilbao.
The selected students will benefit from the following grant: 800 euro per month for up to five months (a maximum of 4000 euro in total) and travels costs up to 360 euro.
National Technical University Of Ukraine “KPI” is organizing a call to select the three students taking part in the Erasmus+ program. The selection of the students will be done taking into account the GPA or average grade of the students during their current studies. If the students want to study in Spanish, they should have at least a B1 level of Spanish language. If the students want to study in English, they should have at least a B2 level of English language.
