Conference - Seminar "Anomalous Phenomena - Methodology and Research Practice. 10 years experience of USRCAA “Zond” was held by the Faculty of Aerospace Systems NTUU "KPI" in October 28, 2015.

The stand devoted to the current state of problems studying aerospace phenomena was opened during the event. The Proceedings in Ukrainian and English published by the faculty were presented. The Editorial Board and team of authors consisted of leading scientists from Ukraine, the USA, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and other countries.

The keynote speaker, the dean of Aerospace Systems Faculty, prof. O.V.Zbrutskyy noted the importance of the aerospace phenomena research and attracted attention to the fact that the countries, leading in space industry, carry out investigations in this field.  The Head of USRCAA "Zond" A.S. Bilyk underlined the necessity for such investigation in terms of national security and new technologies developing and told about the main achievements of Ukrainian Scientific Researching Center for Analyses of Anomalies “Zond”during 10 years of its activity in this area. The Head of the General Physics Department Ph.D. O.L. Kul's'kyy, the Head of the Information Technology Department O.H. Kyrychenko, honored scientist in space equipment testing O.P. Prus, the Head of the experimental design department M.I. Mironov delivered their lectures and presentations. Round table discussion concerning the domestic science prospects in the study of anomalous phenomena took place.  .

The actual purpose of anomalous phenomena research  is the formation of the scientific basis of the phenomenon as a part of the scientific world in general. Occupying the  interdisciplinary area on the boundary science cutting edge, Ukrainian Scientific Researching Center for Analyses of Anomalies “Zond” acts as a link  between theoretical background and practical study of anomalous  phenomena, between phenomenological and cognized. Anomalous phenomena investigation reveals the potential expansion of scientific knowledge and human life to the outer space and to the elementary particles world. The stated dilemma of the civilization development areas selecting (the outer space or the elementary particles depth) is likely not to be a dilemma because the progress ways are closely interrelated and they are parallel rather than mutually exclusive.

Despite the objects source, their recording and applying for research purposes are valuable for innovative technologies synthesis and study and for the developing of their own tools and safety programs.
